I’m Jo — mum of two and a former senior leader in Financial Services. I help high-performing women navigate the “hormone apocalypse” with clarity, confidence, and practical strategies, and I support workplaces to retain and uplift their talented women.


I became a Menopause Coach because I’ve been there myself: the brain fog, the sleepless nights, the fear that my career might take a hit. I know how overwhelming it can feel.


Through my Discover. Recover. Rise. framework, I help women understand what’s happening, rebuild energy and focus, and feel strong and capable again — at work and at home. My approach blends science, lived experience, and straight-talking support, so you feel guided, not judged, through every step.
