At EmpowHer Path I take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal data in line with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.

• Your name and contact details (such as email  address and phone number) when you make an enquiry or book a session
• Information you share during coaching sessions (treated as confidential)
• Transaction details when you make a payment via bank transfer (note: I do not collect or store card details)
• Technical information (e.g. IP address, cookies) when you use the website 

3. How I use your information

Your information is used to:

• Provide the coaching services you request
• Respond to enquiries and manage bookings
• Send relevant updates or resources (only if you’ve opted in)
• Maintain records for legal, financial, or safeguarding purposes

I will only use your personal data for the purposes you have agreed to.

I process your data under one or more of the following lawful bases:

• Contract: to deliver the services you request

Your personal data is stored securely and only kept for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Notes from coaching sessions are kept confidential and securely stored and I properly dispose of these once our arrangement is completed.

• Request deletion of your data (where legally possible)
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
