Menopause Coaching FAQs

Menopause coaching is personalised support to help women navigate the physical, emotional, and professional challenges that come with perimenopause and menopause. A coach provides practical strategies, knowledge, and encouragement so women can manage symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and mood changes, rebuild confidence, and feel more in control of their health and wellbeing.


It’s not medical advice, but rather a safe space to talk openly, explore options, and find ways to thrive at home, at work, and in life during this stage of change.


 

Working with a menopause coach gives you tailored support to help you feel more in control during this stage of life. You’ll gain clear, reliable information about perimenopause and menopause, plus practical strategies to manage symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, or sleep issues. Coaching can boost your confidence, improve your wellbeing, and give you a safe space to talk openly without judgement.


For women at work, it can also mean learning ways to stay productive, reduce stress, and manage energy levels, while building resilience for the future. Many clients find it also improves their relationships—both at home and in the workplace—because they feel clearer, calmer, and more understood..


The Discover. Recover. Rise. signature menopause coaching plan consists of 7 sessions of approximately 1 hour each. The frequency of sessions is up to you, I recommend a weekly session where possible.


 Yes. I deliver talks, workshops and facilitated sessions for organisations, leadership teams and employee groups. These can be standalone awareness talks or part of a wider menopause and hormone-health programme. 


 Yes - and they often work best that way. Menopause is not just a women’s issue; it’s a workplace issue. I regularly deliver sessions to mixed-gender teams, senior leaders, and managers, helping everyone understand their role in creating a supportive culture. 


 Yes - I recognise that every organisation is different.  I work with you to create a bespoke workshop, talk or presentation taking into account:

  • Your sector and workforce demographics
     
  • Your existing policies and benefits
     
  • Whether you’re at an early awareness stage or building maturity
     

This ensures the session feels relevant, not generic.


 Yes I can deliver in person or virtual workshops. Costs for in person will depend on length and travel required. I'm based in the South West of the UK but I will happily travel anywhere in the world to deliver an in person event.
